Tennis Australia

On the Line Tennis as an Australian Tennis Organisation may be required to share information with Tennis Australia. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with Tennis Australia’s privacy policy at www.tennis.com.au/privacy.

Collection of information

In order to use the onthelinetennis.com.au website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by On the Line Tennis is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from On the Line Tennis customers are required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

On the Line Tennis uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery policy

On the Line Tennis offers tennis coaching services to interested parties. Delivery of these services is offered at the times and dates specified when signing up to various classes, and On the Line Tennis undertakes to deliver these services to the best of their ability. In the event of inclement weather, make-up lessons may be offered. Any questions about our delivery policy should be directed to our contact page.

Refund and returns policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services you have purchased please click here to contact us within 7 days so that we can resolve any problems. On the Line Tennis will not supply refunds or replacement lessons for non-attendance, however make-up lessons may be offered in the event of inclement weather.
